Hey there! 👋 I’m Sebastian Pike, a graphic designer and illustrator from Missouri, USA. I’m currently attending the Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI) to obtain my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
I pride myself on my problem-solving abilities and my skills in conceptual design. I love solving creative problems and overcoming challenges along the way. If you have a design problem that needs to be solved, I’d be glad to help!
I love to design for consumer packaged goods and retail experiences. I enjoy employing new ideas to better the consumer experience by focusing on how packaging can be improved to consider long-term sustainability and minimize waste.
I also enjoy building and employing visual identity systems for brands and organizations across all industries. I practice thoughtful typography through all of my work, whether it’s publication design or other forms of publishing. I’m passionate about readability and accessibility across all media.
Outside of art, I’m passionate about science and history. I love animals, and natural history greatly influences a lot of my work. I love to learn and educate others about wildlife conservation and how we can act to better benefit the natural ecosystems around us.
